Your role during treatment

Aligners need to be worn as directed and removed for meals, brushing, and flossing. Regular reviews let us monitor progress and make adjustments when needed. The length of treatment depends on the movements required and how consistently you wear the trays. After alignment, retainers help maintain the result.
